Paul Herwarth von Bittenfeld has been working at // SEIBERT / MEDIA since 2003 with software development teams in various roles and environments. Initially as project manager, later as Product Owner in the scrum pilot project of // SEIBERT / MEDIA and as part of the introduction of agile approaches in the company over four years as ScrumMaster and internal Agile Coach. He led the introduction of Scrum and Kanban in several teams and the introduction of agile methods and procedures at the corporate level. After building up our social intranet solution LINCHPIN and implementing it in various large organizations in Germany and around the world, he has dedicated himself to building our Google partnership since 2018.
